Planning for the Intervention

What is the overall plan?

  • The overall plan is to start small, in week 1 we will aim to improve the client’s sleeping habits. In the second week we will add a physical component, then in in week 3 we will add a mental component, in the form of brain stimulating puzzles. Beginning in week 4 we will trial different stress relieving activities/exercises, then in week 6 the most effective of these will be done in addition to the week 1 – 3 exercises.

How will the 6 week intervention program look? Timetable? Training program?

  • The intervention will look somewhat similar to a timetable, with weekly plans and activities to complete

Have you needed to seek medical advice/information?

  • For this intervention we have not needed to seek medical advice, but a large amount of research was conducted as to the best ways of reducing stress.

Have you obtained a client consent for Social media posts?

  • The client has consented to have personal information, pictures and video’s posted on this blog site as a part of the intervention.

Have you had your interventions seen by a teacher to check for suitability/safety?

  • Yes, the plan for our intervention has been checked by our teacher and has been confirmed to be both suitable and safe.
