
What did you do?
- This week we swapped out the deep breathing and relaxing foods activities from last week, with yoga. The goal will be to complete 2 yoga workouts (Sources 11 & 12) each day. There is one made specifically for the morning, which is shorter and aimed at awakening the body. The second is made for the evenings, it is longer but also helps to wind down and relax, before bed.

How did it go?
- This week went really well, better than any week so far. Grace has been doing all the activities, and has been really enjoying the yoga. She was also able do do a small amount of exercise this week, as her injury was beginning to heal. grace was getting up to 9 ½ hours of sleep and even broke her own time record on logic puzzles, which she is also enjoying. Overall it was a great week.
What were the test results?
- This week the scores for both depression and anxiety stayed the same, at 3 and 7, both of which within the normal level. However, Grace’s stress levels decreased 3 points from 18 to 15, and is now just 1 point shy of normal levels.

How did you feel?
- I feel pretty great, this week went really well, and I am excited to see, what we are going to do next week.
How was the client feeling? Client feedback
- This week I was feeling awesome. There really isn’t a better way to put it. I am loving the yoga, and am beginning to feel really good. Which has surprised me, with exams starting next week I thought I would be more stressed, which I usually am, but at the moment I am feeling great.

Was it successful? Why?
- This week was super successful, the yoga helped to reduce Grace’s stress, which was seen in both a physical change and a decrease in points within the SAD test. As said by Grace over the week she was feeling really good, and there was definitely a noticeable change, Grace was acting less stressed and more positive towards up coming exams and homework.
What changes need to occur?
- I really don’t think any changes need to be made this week, Grace has said that she really liked the program for this week, and there were no problems with the lay out, so we will be keeping it the same.
