
What did you do?
- This week we continued with the yoga program implemented in week 5, which consisted of a morning workout and an evening workout. We also took the SAD test one last time to measure the overall decrease in Grace’s stress over the past 3 weeks.
How did it go?
- It went really well. Grace kept up with all the activities this week. She got 9 hours of sleep a night, did 8 logical games, got 7 hours of exercise, and completed both the morning and evening yoga exercises each day.
What were the test results?
- According to this week’s SAD Test, Graces stress levels have continued to drop, by another 3 points. Her

How did you feel?
- I felt great, this week went pretty well, and I am really happy about the results we have seen from this week. Our plan for this week played out perfectly, with no surprises and absolute success, which is awesome.
How was the client feeling? Client feedback
- I really enjoyed the yoga last week and this week did not disappoint. I felt great after this week, and I feel much less stressed than I did prior to this intervention.

- This week was very successful, we were able to find and activity that Grace not only loved to do, but one that also helps to lower her stress substantially. Everything this week went very well, and completely to plan, which was a great finish to the intervention.
