(Activities 1 – 3 will be implemented weekly and will be continued through the whole program)

Week 1: aim to get upwards of 8 ½ hours sleep (e.g. 8pm – 5am)

Week 2: aim to do more than 2 ½ hours of exercise a week

Week 3: aim to do a brain stimulating puzzles everyday (e.g. crosswords, Sudoku, kakuro, cross sum, killer Sudoku)

(Activities 4 – 5 will be trialed for 1 week each, the most effective technique will be done again in week 6)

Week 4: Deep Breathing / relaxing teas

Week 5: Yoga

Week 6: Continuing with whatever technique is the most effective technique from week 4 and 5
